Story
Around March last year, we pulled a group of lads together to take on a Tough Mudder style event named ‘Waves Muds and Mountains’ in Conwy, which turned out to be one of the most difficult physical challenges we’ve faced and a hell of a lot tougher than expected. Thankfully we all survived and we absolutely smashed it whilst raising a shed load of money for St Anns Hospice - an amazing charity with a great cause.
Despite the dreaded physical aspect, baltic weather conditions and haunted memories of pain, suffering and physical exhaustion; we’ve decided to run the event again this Saturday and I’ll be teaming up with past accomplices Alex Waterhouse, Craig Mason, Ben Griffiths, Simon Richardson alongside the newly recruited Matt Moss, Lewis Hewitt and Joel Perkins to do it all again for a very different cause - a charity called ShadeAid in 2007 - A small charity that caters for orphans, widows and other deprived people in South Sudan.
