Including Gift Aid and over £500 in the bucket collection ( paid in direct, £260 to each charity, and not included in the Just Giving total) we have exceeded our £2000 target. The day itself was great fun with some excellent music- follow the link for photos and video- not as much video as we intended- we were having too much fun!

Too many people involved to thank everyone ( 40 or so musicians played during the day, numerous people helped in different ways, and many people gave very generously). The events in Gaza can make one despair of the human race - but the experience of organising this fundraiser has reinforced

our belief that humanity is capable of good as well as evil.
