Frances, Anna and Amber are swimming the Channel! But don't worry, you can banish unwelcome visions of us slathered in goose fat - we'll be doing this from the pool. In the course of the next 12 weeks, we will each swim 22 miles, the distance of the English Channel: so collectively, that's 106,217 metres, or approximately 4,250 lengths of the average pool. We are doing this to raise money for Aspire, a charity that supports people suffering from Spinal Cord Injury. It would be great to have you sponsor us, at whatever level!
