22 miles, 12 weeks, your local pool! Take on the distance of the Channel in your local pool, in your own time. Swim the distance on your own, or in a team with your friends and family, and support Aspire and people paralysed by Spinal Cord Injury.

Every four hours someone is paralysed by a spinal injury, and there is currently no cure. With your support, Aspire will help provide essential services, ensuring that people with Spinal Cord Injury have the housing, welfare benefits, advice and independent living support they need to live independently.
