Story
One of the Newcastle Computing and Technology Society's biggest traditions is our annual 24-hour Gameathon for charity. This year the society has chosen to support The People's Kitchen Newcastle, which is right down the street from the Urban Sciences Building.
The People's Kitchen support homeless and vulnerable people and help fight hunger and loneliness for locals in need. It is also entirely run by volunteers, so every donation makes a big difference!
