Hi everyone!

In July Courtney, Jenn and Emily from the Pastest team will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise funds for You Okay, Doc? A mental health and wellbeing charity for doctors. Sadly, doctors have higher rates of mental health illness when compared to the general population - with doctors 2-4x more likely to take their own life.

Here's the brief for the challenge - we'll be travelling to Yorkshire in preparation to climb the 3 peaks (1) Pen-yGhent, (2) Whernside and (3) Ingleborough in under 12 hours. Deemed to be a tougher challenge than the national 3 peaks by some, this 38km hike, will be a true measure of stamina, little rest and mountaineering - all within 12 hours!
