This year we're fundraising for Restore, an Oxfordshire mental health charity whose work benefits thousands of people a year through coaching, training, and structured therapeutic activity. Each year, Restore supports over 500 individuals towards recovery from mental ill health

Like with physical health, every person experiences issues with mental health at some point in their lives. Experiencing poor mental health can be isolating, disempowering, and profoundly disabling. Restore helps people recover by facilitating a supportive community providing recovery and coaching support to people with mental health problems.
