So this year myself Nathan will take on the welsh coastal path 870 miles of it. Supporting me along the way is my 10 year old son Quinn. Quinn wants to run 10km a day each day when i am running. Quinn is also taking on the bigmoose ultra fun day on April where he will run 10km. My wife is also taking part running her first half marathon
