Myself along side the support of my amazing friends are walking 26 miles to raise money for a cause that is very close to my families heart. My Nan, Auntie and now my dear mum is currently living with this cruel progressive disease which slowly takes away the person they once were and presents the family with lots of challenges and heartache.

I would like to raise money to go towards finding a treatment that can make a real difference for people living with dementia and hopefully eventually finding a cure.
