We're members of staff at Red Balloon. Our charity supports children who are too frightened to go to school because of bullying, mental health problems or trauma in their lives. It is truly transformational.

We were particularly struck by Daniel's experience, which he shares on our website. He was so badly bullied at his secondary school that he suffered post traumatic stress disorder, and spent a year in a psychiatric hospital. Luckily, his mother found Red Balloon and we're pleased to say that Daniel went on to thrive and is now at university. There are apparently 16,000 children missing from school because of bullying or trauma and they desperately need Red Balloon's help. That's why we're challenging ourselves to the Red Balloon Ride. We're joining with others in June to cycle a collective 25,000 miles, with the aim of raising £25,000 between us.

It's Red Balloon's 25th anniversary this year, so we're raising money for its Future Fund, to help ensure that the organisation will be there for future generations of vulnerable children who need us. Will you sponsor us please? Thank you so much - your generosity will go keep us motivated!
