Our mission is to support the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital to deliver the best care possible. Our projects help to ensure all patients have an amazing experience when they visit the hospital. Donations have enabled the development of staff, funded enhanced equipment & enabled pioneering research.

Story

🌄 Team ROC’s Snowdon Sunrise Challenge 🌄

This summer, a team of adventurers is taking on the Snowdon Sunrise Challenge in support of the Royal Orthopaedic Charity (ROC).

On Sunday 31st August, they’ll set off in the early hours, following the Llanberis Path up Wales’ highest peak. Reaching the summit at dawn, the team will witness a stunning sunrise over Snowdonia — all while raising funds to support life-changing care and services at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.

Each team member aims to raise £200, with ROC covering entry fees so every penny goes directly to the cause.

Date: Sunday 31st August

Route: Llanberis Path (9 miles / 14.5km)

Start time: 2:45am meet, 3:00am start

Finish time: Approx. 9:30am

Entry fee: Free with ROC fundraising commitment

No experience necessary — just a sense of adventure!
