Hello everyone!

We are a group of friends—Chris, John, Josh, Matt and Mickey—coming together to make a difference while participating in the Manchester Marathon. Each of us is passionately raising funds for charities close to our hearts. Here's a little about each charity and why we are running:

• Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY):

Chris, John and Matt are running in memory of Jordan Grant to support CRY. This charity focuses on preventing young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening, and research, while also offering support to affected families.

• Anthony Nolan Foundation:

Mickey is running for the Anthony Nolan Foundation, which helps save the lives of people with blood cancer and blood disorders by matching individuals willing to donate their blood stem cells or bone marrow to people in need of life-saving transplants.

• Rosemere Cancer Foundation:

Josh is raising funds for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation, which works to bring world-class cancer treatments and services to cancer patients across Lancashire and South Cumbria.
