Since our volunteer charity network IMPACT formed back in 2013, Simply Business has held an annual Giving Back Trek to raise funds for our charity partner and provide once-in-a-lifetime experiences for SBers. Treks became our hallmark event for charity partnerships and a key part of SB culture, giving momentum and purpose to our annual fundraising targets.

In 2020, we took the decision to postpone our annual Treks until further notice. With travel restrictions lifting (and lots of due diligence completed on our end) we’re delighted to announce that the Trek is back, and is bigger than ever!

This year, our team of 10 intrepid explorers will take on the forests and frozen landscapes of Iceland, in search of the world-renowned northern lights!

They will be Trekking over snowy and uneven terrain for up to 7 hours per day, with temperatures between -2 to -5c all in aid of our charity partner, MIND. MIND provides vital mental health support and resources to adults and children in need across the UK - just £10 could help 15 people find hope during tough times at Mind’s online peer support community, Side by Side.
