As many of you know, I am fed up of being fat and not exercising. I've decided it's time for a change.... And with a little persuasion a challenge. Joining me on my journey is the lovely Esther and Emma.

Many of my friends have had there children admitted and cared for by Bristol's Children's Hospital. They do such an amazing job.... Not all hero's wear capes!

Let's raise some money for a good cause and get some fat off our bodies while we do it!

Emma is currently a milk donor so sees what an amazing service the volunteers provide - from collecting milk from donors through to delivering the milk to one of the NICU and SCBU units across the South West. It costs £50 to take a mum to see her poorly baby in hospital, £20 to collect milk from a donor and £200 to deliver milk to a NICU unit. They truly are hero's and everyone involved from the mums, to those who collect and deliver milk and urgent supplies are helping give very poorly baba's a chance to thrive and survive.
