We are taking part in the Hospital Hero Hike on Saturday 4 October 2025!

The Hospital Hero Hike is a 21 mile walk from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital.

Each year members of the Stroke Unit from Colchester Hospital take part in the hero hike to raise money for the ward we love so we can better support our patients.

We are all walking in honour of a special colleague who sadly passed away, she herself completed the walk twice and we want to continue to do it for her - always in our thoughts Caroline.

Your generous donations will help us raise money to continue with Caroline's wishes to make a special rehab cafe area on our ward for our stroke patients and their families to spend time together and to be able to continue their rehab to promote their recovery.
