السَّلاَمُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ

We hope you are in good health and are reaping the countless benefits of Ramadan.

As we all know the situation in Palestine has been escalating every day and even in this blessed month, our brothers and sisters are struggling with the basic necessities.

Allhamdulilah, we are in the month of Ramadan. A month when the doors of Jahanam are closed and the doors of Jannah are left open. A month where your good deeds are multiplied. So with all this, we wanted to do something that would get everyone involved, so we can all benefit from this for our akhirah and help those who are in need here in the Dunya.

We will be travelling to Scafell Pike (England's tallest mountain at 978m) and hiking up to the top during the hours of the night and have Suhoor/Sehri (meal before sunrise) up on the peak InshaAllah.

Now, how does this include you? Well, the first thing we would ask from you is your duas. Duas for us, our family and friends, our Muslim brothers and sisters around the world.

The next thing would be to share, share this wherever you can. The more people see and read this, the more duas we have for each other and the more we can raise InshaAllah.

and lastly, and I guess most importantly, would be to donate. Donate whatever you can, get people to donate and get people to get people to donate. This is something we all need, something that might intercede for us on the Day of Judgement. As our beloved Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) has said

“Give charity without delay, for it stands in the way of calamity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

“The believer’s shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity.” (Al-Tirmidhi)

“Protect yourself from hell-fire even by giving a piece of date as charity.” (Al-Bukhari and Muslim)

£1,000 Provide emergency medicines for hospitals.

£70 - Emergency food parcel to those affected lasting one month.

£500 Provide clean water to 33 people in Rafah, helping us to build a desalination plant that will provide 60,000 people with fresh water every day.

£6,000 Rebuild and repair a damaged home in Gaza.
