Here we go!!!!!

A group of incredible humans, including staff members, past service users and friends, have teamed together to take the leap! They are braving a big (or bonkers) challenge and doing a bungee jump to help raise vital funds for first steps ED! Please do show them some support!

First Steps ED supports children, their families, young people and adults affected by eating difficulties and disorders. We work across the UK offering care and support by providing coping strategies and recovery services to people of all ages, genders and backgrounds.

Many of our team have lived experience of eating disorders so they understand the journey of recovery. We have a wide range of services from 1-2-1 support, befriending, peer groups and workshops depending on what each person needs. We bring hope, choice and opportunities.
