Ella, my granddaughter and I enjoy cycling together. When she needed a bigger bicycle we visited Re-Cycle in Colchester and bought a second hand bicycle at a very good price. Ella was very impressed by what was happening at Re-Cycle. When she heard that donated bicycles are repaired and then sent to countries in Africa - South Africa being one of them - she was very excited. I explained that it costs money to repair the bicycles and then transport them all the way to Africa. She is keen to be part of raising funds to help the charity and has agreed to be part of the Cycle 4 Re-Cycle Challenge. We have signed up to do 40 miles in September which is the Bronze challenge. However, we hope to do even more miles.
