So, Marc, Gregg and Phil are running the Great North Run for a third consecutive year in the quest to raise money for Myeloma UK.

The first year was ok, along a mostly flat motorway, the second year was barbaric and torturous with a brutal uphill 3K finish before plummeting down to the coast in South Shields.

This year, we are determined to do some more training, the last one all of us got round relatively problem free.
