Friends I am calling you! From November 25th to December 10th, I will be running 5km a day as part of Refuge's 16 Days of Active-ism challenge.....People I am NOT a runner!

Also.. 5k. a day for 16 days thats like 80K! which is 2. MARATHONS !! Just saying!
