Story

Franklin Ellis is proud to be an Employee-Owned Trust, founded in 1993 by David Franklin and Andrew Ellis. Today, our team of over 30 architects, designers and technologists works from our Nottingham and Leicester studios, delivering award-winning projects across the East Midlands and the UK.

But alongside our work, we’re committed to giving back. One of our favourite traditions is “The Park Steps Challenge”, a tough but rewarding event we’ve organised over the years to push ourselves as a team while raising money for important causes.

This year, we’re taking things to new heights. Our goal? To climb the equivalent of Mount Everest, all 8,848 metres, on The Park Steps in Nottingham. And we won’t be doing it alone. We’re inviting other teams across the industry to join in by taking on their own chosen peaks. Together, our combined efforts will reach more than four times the height of Everest, all in the name of raising vital funds for Children In Need.

Every step counts, and your support will help make a real difference. Thank you for helping us reach the summit!
