6 Alive Fitness gym members are taking on the Coniston Challenge in July to raise money for Alder Hey children’s hospital. The challenge consists of a 10k hike, 27k mountain bike and a 3k kayak.

We need to raise at least £2k between us so please give generously to an amazing cause!
