Emma, Claire, Abi, and Tash tackled the formidable Race the Sun Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) triathlon on September 13th! We completed a 31-mile cycle, a challenging hike up and down Snowdon's Llanberis path (9 miles), and a 2-mile kayak, all before sunset. We did this for Action Medical Research, a charity that funds life-changing research for sick and disabled children.
