On Sunday 27th November we will share a Healthunlocked run in memory of Tim; raising funds for Hospiscare and Marie Curie.

These two charities have been nominated by Tim's wife and family; they did so much to make the last few weeks of Tim's life as comfortable and bearable as possible for all of them.

Hugely respected and well loved, Tim has been a constant, reassuring presence on the HU forums, his words have reached and touched the lives of hundreds of runners. His sound advice, his supportive comments, his calm approach to any question asked, has, quite literally, changed lives, changed them for the better. Tim will not be forgotten.
