I'm taking on the Mindful Miles Challenge in aid of North Staffs Mind, to support better mental health!

I’m attempting to walk (and cycle) 500 miles between 1st August & 10 October.

For those of you who dont know me, I’m the Commercial Director at Water Plus, and I’m encouraging my colleagues to join me in this healthy and fun fundraising challenge to walk 500 more, whether that be walking a mile, cycling round the block, taking a leisurely round of golf, swimming a few lengths, taking the dog for a walk or running for fitness.

Join the We will walk 500 miles team, log & share your activities, experiences and fundraising with me. By doing this together we will not only improve our own mindfulness but also raise much needed cash to provide help & support to other individuals and families in need.

North Staffs Mind is a local mental health charity which supports over 8,000 adults, children and young people across North Staffordshire each year, by offering advice and providing a wide range of mental health services.Donations to my Mindful Miles Challenge will help North Staffs Mind to continue to be there for anyone who needs help with their mental health.
