Story
The STEP UP Challenge 2026 is raising vital funds to safeguard the Step Up Scheme, which gives newly injured people six free one-hour rehabilitation sessions, for many, this is life-changing support: an introduction to specialist rehab and a welcoming, understanding community when they need it most.I know first hand how much this matters. After falling down the stairs, I was left paralysed from the chest down. When you leave Stoke Mandeville, there is often very little support, and that can make the future feel overwhelming. That is where Neurokinex stepped in, offering six free sessions that gave me more than rehabilitation, they gave me hope, confidence, and the belief that I could improve my quality of life. That is why myself and Sam are taking part in tthis years challenge which for Sam is a 5k run and for me is a circuit of things Ive achieved at neurokinex.Every donation helps ensure that others facing a sudden, life-changing injury can access the same vital support and encouragement. Please help me raise £1000 for STEP UP Challenge 2026 so more people can take their next step forward with hope The £1000 will enable 2 people to join the scheme.
