I am passionate about both swimming and enabling young people to reach their potential! So with this challenge, I am hoping to combine the two (although not sure how passionate about swimming I will be after 11 miles!!!)

I am raising money to support young people, particularly those struggling with their mental health to be supported to take control of their lives and have the opportunities that so many of us take for granted. I have chosen two charities, No Limits in Southampton and Roundabout in Sheffield, as both are close to my heart.

After about 5 miles, every stroke will hurt, so please do sponsor me to keep me going! It will take over 6 hours to complete and I need the encouragement!
