Story

UK Fire Cadets 999 Challenge 2023

Starting on the 1st June, the UK Fire Cadets will once again be joining together to raise funds for The Firefighters Charity to celebrate their 80th Anniversary. This collective national fundraising event aims to promote a sense of belong and group achievement for all Fire Cadets, and to provide vital support to The Charity.

The theme of the event is anything associated with the numbers 9 - 9 - 9 or 80 in any combination or format you can think of. Each FRS Cadet Unit or Cadet can choose their own challenge such as doing something 9, 99, or 999 time or even 27 time (9+9+9), or because it is their anniversary, 8, 64 (8x8) or 80 times.

The Firefighters Charity offers specialist lifelong support for members of the UK Fire Service community, empowering individuals to live healthier and happier lives, and also provides support to Fire Cadets throughout the duration of their membership.

For the fundraiser, we encourage you to be as create as possible with your challenge. What you do, who you do it with and how you raise the money is entirely up to you.

Our collective aim is to beat the impressive amount raised in out last 999 Challenge which was £8267.00, so we really appreciate you for generously taking the time to raise money for this invaluable cause.

Donating through JustGiving is simple fast and totally secure. All of your details are kept safe, and they are never passed on to any third party organisations or send unwanted emails.

By joining the UK Fire Cadets 999 Challenge 2023 Team, your funds will be sent directly to The Firefighters Charity.
