Our committee members are back and taking on the Move for Mind challenge again, and continuing to spread awareness and do our part in fighting for better mental health for everyone.

In the UK 1 in 4 of us will face a mental health problem this year, so we encourage anybody who is able to participate and show support for us and all those taking on the Move for Mind challenge.

Your donation will ensure that information and support is available for everyone — on Mind's website, the helplines they run and throughout their online community, Side by Side.
