Hi, We're Scott and Vicky.

Back in 2023, Scott was very fortunate to have the opportunity to work on a project, looking at early onset neurological diseases. As part of this, he was invited to The Brain Bank at Imperial College where he saw with my own eyes the devastating impact that cruel diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's can have on the human brain.

Having had several family members go through dementia, we saw first hand the psychological impact it can have on both the person inflicted and the people around them.

As you also may (or may not) know, we are runners. Vicky managed to qualify under a good for age but Scott figured that as we were both going to be there anyway, it would be a great opportunity to see if we could raise some money for a worthwhile cause. When we saw an opportunity with Alzheimer's Research UK, we knew that this was the one for us.

As a result, we are both running Chicago Marathon and a month later, we are both running the New York Marathon.

We have pledged to raise £2000 and our company has offered to donate a significant portion to ensure that I will at least make the minimum pledge. However, we would like to smash that. We can only do it with you help.
