PSPA Pathway to Progress is a UK-wide virtual event where participants' collective distances walked, run, or cycled will be logged to cover 630 miles of the Southwest Coastal Path. Inspired by The Salt Path, help raise awareness & funds for PSP & CBD

Story

As you all know our lovely Al lost his fight against PSP on January 10th this year. We are planning a 5k walk supporting the work of the PSPA, (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association) the organisation dedicated to creating a brighter future for those affected by Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP) and Corticobasal Degeneration (CBD), helping to provide the compassionate, coordinated support they deserve.

As we prepare for our upcoming event, on Sunday August 24th, 11.00am at Tees Barrage, we would love you to join us on this vital journey. Our 5k walk is an event to celebrate our cherished Alan in a powerful statement of solidarity and hope for future sufferers of PSP and CBD. Together, we will raise awareness and funds that will directly impact the lives of individuals and families navigating the challenges Al faced.

Our initial target is £1,000, your contribution will empower PSPA to continue working to make a difference to the lives of those like Alan affected by this rare, terminal, neurological disorder. Join us on Al’s commemorative walk, our path towards progress, join our team to help raise funds, donate to us, come along on the walk and join us, come along and join us and have a cuppa while we walk, join us for lunch after; any contribution you make will be greatly appreciated.
