Warrington Disability Partnership are celebrating their 30th Anniversary and the 30th Annual Disability Awareness Day this year.

The team have been looking at different ways in which people can fundraise for WDP during our 30th anniversary year and this is what we came up with:

The 30th Anniversary Around The World Challenge

Measured at the equator, the Earth has a circumference of 40,075.017 km or 24,901.461 miles. Collectively, we are aiming to cover this distance in a variety of challenges throughout our 30th anniversary.

The idea is to get everyone working together to achieve the team goal, to cover the distance around the world. This allows everyone to be involved, however they are able to do to support the challenge and in whatever way they choose. Already we have supporters who have volunteered for running 30 half marathons, riding 30 miles on a cycle, taking 30 dog walks and much more!
