Ross, Duncs, Gav, Amy, Alex and Rich are gearing up to tackle an Adventure Triathlon in the Brecon Beacons!

In a team of 2 (Thor Nippulth) and a team of 4 (Thor Biffinth), we will be hiking, biking and kayaking our way around this gruelling endurance event 😱 raising money for Action Medical Research.

They are an incredible charity who save and change children’s lives through medical research, developing treatments, vaccinations and cures 💞

2 of the team can’t swim well, 3 of us have never ridden racing bikes before, and between us all we’ll be wearing 90% of the world’s supply of compression sleeves to try and prevent injury. What could possibly go wrong?! 👀
