We are the family of Ashleigh Lynn, who battled with cancer for six and a half years.

Our beautiful and brave Ashleigh, very sadly died on 21 June 2014, six years and six months to the day after her diagnosis. 

In her final week, Ashleigh was transferred to St. Cuthberts Hospice, this was her wish and she was so happy to make it to the hospice after weeks of being transferred between three hospitals who fought to keep her with us. 

Ashleigh passed away on the morning of the St Cuthbert's Midnight Walk, to honour the generous support we were given by St Cuthbert's and to pay tribute to Ashleigh, who herself made a donation, we all did the walk that night as planned.

To each and every one of you that have made donations and helped us reach a staggering amount, please know that you are supporting a place that offered Ashleigh and her family true peace, beauty, kindness and care in the toughest of times… thank you so much for your support, we hope you will continue to give.

St.Cuthberts, we thank you for all that you did and continue to do. 

Our wish is to continue to raise money in Ashleigh's memory for a hospice that provided the most appropriate care and support to the family as well as Ashleigh to get us through the most difficult journey.

Ashleigh, we love you so so much, we're still aching and we miss you dearly x
