teamWDF is a ragbag collection of runners, some good, some amateur and at least one who is wondering just what exactly he got himself into...

All however are enthusiastic enough to commit to completing the Asics British 10K in central London on Sunday 11th July in under two hours. We are running in aid of the wonderful charity Macmillan Cancer Support. One in three people in the UK suffer from cancer at some point in their lives and almost everyone will know someone who has been affected in one form or another by this terrible disease. Macmillan exist to help improve the lives of people affected by cancer, both those living with cancer and also their families and carers. Their primary focus is to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer. So Macmillan are doing the hard bit, we're doing the tiring bit and now comes your easy bit: please give generously, or just what you can, to encourage us round the course. Every pound makes a difference to Macmillan but it would be great if we hit our target of £2,000.
