Abby and Rosee are taking part in the Great North Swim on September 4.

We'll be swimming a whole mile across Lake Windermere in 12 degree water, along with 6,000 other wet-suited lunatics. 

Can't imagine how far that is? This'll put it into perspective...

Luckily we can both swim already, so that's a start!

We're raising money for Refuge, which helps women and children under threat of domestic abuse. One in four women have been a victim of domestic abuse or violence at some stage in their lives. That's a lot of women and children you can help with your donation.
