WHY WE ARE DOING IT:
We are cycling in memory of Debbie Whale: a truly wonderful mother, daughter, sister, nannie, auntie and friend who lost her battle with cancer last July. We are indebted to The Rowans Hospice for their support when Debbie was ill and would like to raise as much money as possible. So, dig deep folks and give as much as you can!
THE ROWANS HOSPICE:
It is a local charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. Established since 1994, it has helped more than 5,000 patients and families across Portsmouth and South East Hampshire. The Rowans Hospice honours life and offer hope by providing specialist end of life care of the highest quality. Patients and those closest to them are guided through the journey of their illness, supporting them every step of the way.
