Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
Kerry and I started running to keep fit in January 2014, we had both signed up for the Sure 'Run to the beat' 10k run in September.
Unfortunately, Kerry had a motorcycle accident on Friday 27th June which resulted in her losing one of her legs.
Kerry has been very strong and inspired loads of people with her positivity. She wants to make some money for the East Anglian Air Ambulance because they played a HUGE part in saving Kerry's life.
Depending on Kerry's recovery process, Kerry will walk what she can and finish the race in a wheel chair that I'll be pushing.
**PLEASE NOTE - SOME OF THESE FUNDS WERE ORIGINALLY RAISED FOR ESSEX AIR AMBULANCE UNTIL WE WERE ADVISED THAT IT WAS NOT THEM WHO RESCUED KERRY**
EAAA (East Anglian Air Ambulance) is a 365-day helicopter emergency medical service covering Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk.
They do not receive any direct Government funding and the £7.6 million we need to raise every year comes directly from charity donations.
