We've formed a team to take part in the Tough Mudder Challenge on Sat 14 July. This is a very physically intense 11 mile long obstacle course designed by British Special Forces to test all round strength, stamina and mental grit. There are 28 obstacles in the course as below. This is being done in conjunction with our Employer; Tesco, who have an overall aim to raise £10m this year for Cancer Research UK, as such please give generously, any donation of any amount is much appreciated.

21. Walk the Plank – 15 feet jump to water
22. Nettles to Nipples – Belly crawl through nettle patch
23. Turd’s Nest – Net bridge cross
24. Funky Monkey – Monkey bars.... some greased
25. Greased Lightening – simple hill side slide
26. Cliff Hanger – Steep muddy mountain track
27. Arctic Enema – jump into ice bath
28. Electroshock Therapy – Run through live electrical wires, up to 10, 000 volts
