About us:
We are a selection of players and supporters from Havant RFC that have decided to run the Great South Run 2017. We are carrying out this task because we want to support the great work The Ocean Ward carries out at Southampton General hospital, this is a cause very close to all of our hearts at Havant RFC
About the Charity:
We are a registered Charity (1145013) formed by volunteer parents of children with cardiac disease who rely on the services provided by Ocean Ward and it’s team of specialist and dedicated staff.We have strong links with the ward with a representative from Ocean Ward involved in strategic planning and decision making . This enables us to stay abreast of the day to day needs of families being cared for on Ocean Ward.We provide services and days out to families of children with heart conditions treated on Ocean Ward, Southampton GH.
