During my (Matti) battle with Bowel and Thyroid Cancer, my family and friends have been a constant source of support and advice. Whether it was advice on diet, mental techniques or just sitting with me when I was weak and tired they are all partly responsible for my recovery!
I realise how lucky I am to have had them and hope to have as many join me on challenges / adventures to raise money for the RMH.
