Six months after spontaneously deciding to enter the 55 mile London to Brighton cycle ride in the name of charity, the team are wondering what the hell have they gone and done. With hardly any training and several painful accidents in the lead up to the event, things are looking sketchy for the guys. "It's been years since we all did any kind of strenuous exercise," said Stephen Baxter, who only bought a bike last week. His teammate Tom Collier is equally unprepared. "I'm going to borrow my mother-in-law's, I think." Hackney based rider Tim Noakes was last seen shouting "F******K!" and face planting into a field after being caught out by his new clip in pedals. Neil Andrew couldn't be reached for comment, although inside sources say he is scouring the Dark Web for the strongest Russian steroids. Berkshire's Rayez Hussain seems the most focused. "I'm going to the gym 40 times a week and sleeping at night on a exercise bike instead of my bed. It helps me get into the zone."
