The Scarisbrick Centre, Ormskirk Hospital has a new cycling team TEAM SKID created by their own workforce to support staff to improve their health and wellbeing, and to raise money for some very worthy charities, a win / win scenario!
We aim to complete The Christie, Manchester to Blackpool cycle ride on Sunday 13 July 2014, and raise money for a selection of charities that are close to our hearts: CLIC Sargent Children’s Cancer Charity & The Motor Neuron Walton Centre. The Team will be starting from Manchester United Football Ground and heading (slowly!) to the finish on the South Promenade at Blackpool (approximately 60 miles!).
