One night in our local, whilst enjoying some post training liquid replacement, we decided to set ourselves a bit of a challenge this summer.

On the evening of 24 june 2011 we're going to drive up to Bowness on Solway in Cumbria. The next morning at sunrise, approximately 3.30AM, we are going to set out running due east following Hadrian's Wall. We will continue for 84 miles until we reach the other end of the wall in Newcastle upon Tyne. We aim to do this in 24 hours & we are hoping to be enjoying a beer & a barbecue in Newcastle in time to watch the sunrise the following morning.

We have decided to try & raise a little money whilst doing this foolhardy event, each for a certain charity which means something to us.
