We are Team Tristan's Target and we are fundraising for an operation in America which will help Tristan to walk, and for additional physiotherapy once he returns.
Tristan developed cerebral palsy after being born 9 weeks too early. His CP means he finds it hard to control the muscles in his legs due to stiffness caused by brain damage. This operation will ease the stiffness and make it easier for him to walk. Please help us to help him.
