Story
Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.
Paul and Andy have ridiculously fooled themselves into thinking that they can run a half marathon, which when you consider that their previous running experience mounts up to a slightly quicker walk to the bar at last orders, is pretty laughable!
As part of their training Andy and Paul have decided to swim the Channel, row the Atlantic and climb the tougher North Face of Everest. Failing these they might decide to walk up Bolton's toughest challenge - Winter Hill. Obviously this will have to be in fair weather (they are not so keen on rain)!
The Great North Run will just be the last in a long line of achievements the pair have achieved throughout their illustrious lives. Andy once managed to sleep for a total of 18 hours without waking up, whilst Paul once ate an entire happy meal in 23 seconds. I think you will agree, pretty tall feets, even for remarkable men such as these.
Creativity for Andy and Paul is second nature and their marketing prowess has come to the fore again with their catchy and snappy team name - TEAM TONEPOHL JUSON. Another triumph we are sure you will agree.
We have chosen to run for aThe Institute of Cancer Research as Cancer is an illness that has affected us all at some stage or another, either directly or indirectly.
Our aim is to raise £700 between us and therefore we would be very grateful to anyone who donates and helps us to reach our target.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to donate: The Institute of Cancer Research & Everyman will receive your money electronically and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in Gift Aid will be added to your donation at no cost to you.
Please donate generously.
Many thanks for your support.
