I am running ten 10k races across various London venues for the war veteran’s charity First Light Trust. My racing schedule will be updated in due course. My good friend Keith Slatter is also supporting this fundraising venture. 

First Light Trust supports veterans locally focusing on three key area’s ending isolation and loneliness, preventing homelessness and supporting mental well-being. Our armed forces and emergency service veterans are the backbone and the true heroes of our nation serving on the frontline. I am extremely proud to support First Light Trust, as alongside these three aims they have a goal for 2024 to provide a safe and welcoming Café Hub in London. I would greatly appreciate all forms of donations towards achieving this goal.

The following donations would contribute towards the following:

£10 (£1 a race) will provide food parcels and meal needs

£15 will provide 30 minutes counselling to support mental
well-being

£20 (£2 a race) will support the organisation of quiz nights
to reduce loneliness

£30 will support the allocation of Bed and Breakfast
accommodation to prevent homelessness

£50 offers half day support work reducing isolation

£100 (£10 a race) offers a full day support work reducing
isolation, loneliness, homelessness and support mental health-wellbeing.
