I am cycling the equivalent distance of the River Thames (346 km), outdoors, over the summer, in order to raise funds for the organisation I work for: Certitude. Certitude helps people with profound and multiple learning disabilities and complex physical health needs, autism, and other mental health challenges. We  offer both supported and supportive housing, day centres and respite care services in London. Our mission is to give people the chance to live their life, one of choice and control, connected to their communities through their talents, not their diagnosis. We fundraise for projects that change lives, from technology that helps people communicate to arts workshops for people in recovery.We're working towards a future in which people with learning disabilities and mental health needs have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else, your support is making this a reality.
