Hopefully you all know that we have been training hard for the Great South Run in an attempt to get round the 10 mile course. In fact as we write this we can hardly walk after our latest plodding effort (photo shown above!). The date of the big race is nearly here and we would love it if you would support us by sponsoring us in aid of Naomi house.

Naomi House cares for life limited youngsters and their families in Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, West Sussex, West Surrey and Wiltshire. It offers pallitive care including respite, termianl and bereavement care for local people free of charge and is one of only 4 centres offering such a service in the country. They are currently providing care and support to over 250 children and families, which costs over £5 million a year. We would really like to raise a small amount towards this and you can help us by sponsoring us through our page.
