Kieron Brady and Darren Mills are the LOVELY LADS.

We are riding in the London to Brighton Bike Ride together on the 15th June 2014 to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

We are hoping for some lovely weather, lovely company, lovely cycling and a lovely beer at the end of it.

Although Darren is a seasoned pro when it comes to bike marathons, I am challenging myself with my first one - the greatest distance I have gone before (non-stop) is 22miles so I won't find it easy - but I feel confident that I can do it.
